The Lagos State Government says it has received the Food and Agricultural Organisation and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation Coconut Value Chain Analysis Report aimed at formulating the investment plan required to upgrade the coconut value chain in Lagos. While making this disclosure, the Commissioner for Agriculture, Ms Abisola Olusanya, during the presentation of
